my story

The founder, Neil Le Bihan’s infatuation with coffee began while picking coffee cherries on a plantation in Southern India in 2007. He was drawn to coffee’s historical and cultural roots within all societies worldwide, as well as the amazing complexity of taste that could be generated from the the raw bean hidden inside the cherry.  Since those heady days spent at source, he’s spent over a decade in the speciality coffee industry as a champion barista, as a trainer, and now as an expert hand roaster.
